You can submit your abstract step-by-step via the online abstract submission system. In order to enter your abstract into the system, you must first register by creating a username using your e-mail address and a password, and then log in to the system.
All correspondence regarding the submitted abstracts will be conducted with the person who enters the abstract into the system.
Abstracts may be submitted in three formats: oral presentation, poster presentation, or either (oral or poster). The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the presentation format of submitted abstracts (from oral to poster or vice versa).
The abstract text (excluding references, table and figure captions) is limited to 3,500 characters. The system will not allow any text beyond this limit.
The title should clearly reflect the content of the study. All words in the abstract title must be written in uppercase, except for terms like pH or NaCl, where lowercase letters have scientific meaning.
Within the abstract text, abbreviations must be written in full the first time they are used, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses—unless they are standard chemical symbols or internationally recognized units.
The abstract must include the following sections: Objective, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
